My Take On Game of Thrones Season 8

As a writer myself, having watched the series so far with keen eyes, I dare say I know what it’s gonna be in the season 8 of the Game of Thrones, and this is what I’m gonna try to share with you here, based on some of the leaks, of course.

In summary, the season 8 of The Game of Thrones will see the deaths of the two queens battling for the Iron Throne and the enthronement of a king instead. It will also see the death of one of  Daenerys Targaryen’s two remaining dragons, the death of the night king and his dragon and the vanquishing of the White Walkers. This scenario leaves one to believe that on Snow will be the last man standing before the Iron Thron and he will sit on both that throne and the back of the last surviving dragon, remember now that a prophecy was once given to Daenerys, that her dragons have three heads. The night king now rides one dragon, Daenerys rides another and the last, I believe will be ridden by a Taratagya of whom we know Jon Snow is.

Indeed, man shall defeat the white walkers in the north but then Cersei will start a new war, using a new army of mercenary soldiers from across the narrow sea, and that war will consume her and most likely consume what is left of Daenerys through trickery.  The Iron Throne, as pointed out, will most likely go to Jon Snow or even the dwarf Tyrion Lannister, they are the sole candidates once the two warring queens meet their deaths. I for one wouldn’t want to see Daenerys die, it would be too saddening but then that what powerful stories are made of.

This said, let me tell you a little story of what The Game of Thrones Season 8, Episode 1 will look like.

Winterfell

The White Walkers are on the move beyond the wall now and everyone that can’t fight is migrating south in a hurry. Gilly, the wilding girl married to fat Sam, is helping Bran and Sam pack for the journey south when they hear someone scream. They rush out to the room of the lady of Winterfell to find Arya repeatedly stabbing a Little Finger that looks a lot like a half turned White Walker. Sam rushes into the room and jumps on the blood covered bed in a bid to save a bleeding Sansa who’s been hurt by Little Finger. He shouts for Gilly to go get Master Walken and just as the girl is about to head out, Arya, madden with grief, turns on her with the bloody knife in her hand. Sam shouts out for Bran to do something even as he rushes across the room and rams into Arya.

The little assassin staggers away and turns on him but then Bran takes control of her and she drops the knife and walks off to his room. She walks right into his arms and starts to cry.

Master Walken is not able to save Sansa but perhaps a witch called the red woman can bring her back to life… of course, it would be a life for a life, the Lord of light never gives out blessings for free, does her?

Inn at the Crossroads

Jon Snow and Jaime Lannister’s forces have made their camp close to the Inn. The talk is about Daenerys not coming north with them. Jaime tells Jon the truth about the murder of the mad king and Jon asks why he never told Ned Stark. Jaime says there was never time and asks that if Daenerys commanded him to kill Sansa would he do it. A raven arrives at the Inn for Jon and it’s from Winterfell. It tells Jon that the Wall has been breached and the White Walkers are roaming free due south. It says for Jon to meet Bran and Sam at Greywater.

Where is this place, asks Jon, Good luck finding it, wherever it is, Jaime says

The half man replies that it is a Floating Castle and all men that seek it die.

He consults the scrolls of blood magic and they state that if blood magic is used on a shadow baby, it will become super evil.
